• Handle a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord-tenant disputes, property disputes, and title issues.

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of real estate litigation.

• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the MN Bar.

2+ years of experience in real estate litigation.

Strong legal research and writing skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
