Radiology Technologist

Description

• The Radiology Tech will perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures in compliance with established protocols to promote positive patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Candidates are responsible for obtaining radiographic images on patients as needed in an urgent care environment.

• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.

• Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories.

• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other lab.

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Full scope license by state

• ARRT

• GMRT

• Phlebotomy Certification is a Plus

• Open to LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist)
