  • Actalent is Urgently Hiring for a Quality Engineer in Ridgefield, CT!

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has quality management and a proven track record of ensuring quality standards are met and maintained in a manufacturing setting.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures

    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

    • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement

    • Train and educate staff on quality control measures

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management

    • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Six Sigma certification is a plus
