As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to support our Quality Department.

    Job Description

    The Quality Assurance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting company Fundamentals: Uphold the core principles and values of our company in all quality-related activities.

    • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions: Adhere to established procedures to maintain consistency and quality in our processes.

    • Conducting Process Audits: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

    • Raw Material and Finished Goods Inspections: Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods to verify quality and conformance to specifications.

    • Material and Product Testing: Perform tests and evaluations on materials and products to ensure they meet quality requirements and performance standards.

    • SCAR Process: Play a key role in the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process, including identifying non-conformities, initiating corrective actions, and tracking resolution.

    • Effective Communication: Communicate efficiently with all levels of the organization to report quality issues, share information, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

    • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in our Continuous Improvement Team, offering insights and suggestions for enhancing quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in quality assurance or related field preferred.

    • Previous experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with quality management systems, standards, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels.

    • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

    • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
