How you make a difference
The Psychologistis responsible forprovidingindividual and group psychotherapy, conducting psychological testing, andparticipatingin developing,monitoring, and implementing behavioral management plans. They are an active member of the treatment team andprovidestaff education on psychological issues as needed. The Psychologist is also assigned responsibilities for quality assurance monitoring to ensure the highest level of care for their patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and consultation services in compliance with professional standards and facilitypolicies
Deliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation asrequiredto meet mental health serviceneeds.
Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care andparticipatein case staffing and quality improvementactivities.
Develop and implement goals andobjectivesfor clinical services provided andassistwith staff recruitment andselection.
Participate in supervision, staff development, crisis intervention, and other administrative and managerial responsibilities as needed.
