  • Job Description

    Our client is known for offering services with a focus on outstanding quality, value added engineering and successful project outcomes. These services include engineering only and engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) services for high voltage powerlines and substations. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for acting as a single point of contract (SPOC) with clients and work with their teams to make sure deliverables are met and communications are consistent with clients. You will be supporting Transmission Line projects and will develop weekly work plans and monitor project health, production, and quality. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the projects, managing and monitoring project timelines, ensuring on time and scope completion, keeping track of budgets, facilitating meetings and coordinating with different teams.

    Skills and Requirements

    * Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering

    * 3+ years of Project management experience, tracking, forecasting & reporting

    * People management experience

    * 1-2 year of utility industry experience

    * Demonstrated heightened attention to detail

    * Familiarity with tools such as P6, SAP

    * Excellent oral and written communication skills

    * Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio etc.) * PG&E Experience

    * PMP Certification

    * Experience planning and executing events

    • had worked on projects with a size of $10M-$25M null
