Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Your responsibilities

• Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic

• Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments

• Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams

• Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

• Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

• Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

• Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

• Supervises project planning

• Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief

• Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager

• Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments

• Determines and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

• States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

• Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

• Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

• Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

• Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

• Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

• Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers Requirements - Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

• Skilled in technical applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

• Skilled in leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

• 5+ years of project management experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

• Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
