Confer with supervisor while reviewing schedule, cost, and sales decisions when necessary.
Share job cost responsibility through monitoring budgets and schedules, prepare pencil draws, oversee project related AIA billing with accounting team, resolving problems, and reporting cost projections to supervisor on a monthly or more frequent basis.
Propose and negotiate owner change orders.
Write and approve change orders.
Work with governmental agencies to aid project success or resolve job problems as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This job has supervisory responsibilities of field technicians, in partnership with the Operations Manager, Principal (s), Business Manager and Human Resources.
This position is expected to manage and hold accountable field technicians and subcontractors for their adherence to schedules, punctuality, quality control performance, and cost control items.
