Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented OAS, Project Manager based onsite at our America's Headquarters in Greenville, NC.
Facilitate and manage the solution delivery of emerging technology projects associated with HYG Operator AssistanceSystems (OAS).
Assist the project manager in ensuring the successful deployment of technology projects.
Meet with customers to establish realistic project requirements and success criteria.
Maintain project stakeholder communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote growth of existing emerging technology customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support departmental efforts to maintain and improve standard processes across transactional role types.
Provide proactive support for customer concerns and notify management of potential risks.
Coach and lead dealers through the solution delivery process.
Proactive problem-solver with strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communicator skilled in building rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Adaptable team player who can work collaboratively or independently.
Customer-focused mindset committed to delivering high-quality service.
Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Possess a sense of urgency and accountability in meeting project deadlines and goals.
Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
BS/BA in a business-related field strongly preferred.
3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Proficient in leading and managing projects, including customer applications, product manager principles, and solutions management.
Deep understanding of marketing/sales and general business management, aligning project objectives with broader business goals.
Demonstrated expertise in using computer applications within a Windows-based environment, including project management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Compensation:?
The minimum annual salary for this full-time position is $76,100 .? Individual pay is based upon job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
