    Project Analyst - Onsite St. Peters Health Partners - Full Time Days

    Responsible for providing assistance to managers, specialists, team members, key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are carried out according to established plans and timetables. Maintains and tracks work plans and schedules to ensure all milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resources required for implementation are assigned and completed on time. Serves as a liaison and resource to managers, specialists, team members, key stakeholders and vendors; assists in the facilitation of meetings; prepares communications with assistance; participates in issue resolution and assists in conducting post implementation surveys. Participates and assists in the delivery of project initiatives. Assists in the maintenance and support of regulatory compliance methodology and program management with managerial direction.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Act as liaison between Environment of Care regulatory committees and activities. Program support for Facilities, Security, Safety and Emergency Management programs, project tracking and data analysis. Monitor all EOC accreditation metrics for compliance and alert leadership of readiness issues. Insure program deliverables are presented in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

    • Maintain detailed Facilities, Security and Safety statistical dashboards for Acute Care, Continuing Care and Medical Associates through compilation of financial and productivity data using CMMS, Lawson, Visionware, Workday, FM Global rounding reports or any other data system necessary. Coordinate with leadership the activities of EOC rounding teams, data collection and result presentations.

    • Provide administrative oversight including minutes and agendas for EOC, Safety and Security and Emergency Management committees. Research all new or changing accreditation requirements for Facilities, Safety and Security. Design comprehensive forms and means to collect and present required data in an efficient and professional manner.

    • Act as Project Liaison for DOH Herds survey oversight in collaboration with the Emergency Preparedness Specialist for SPHP.

    • Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the SPHP, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices and decisions.

    • Monitors and maintains work-plans under direction of project manager(s) and/or Directors of Facilities and Safety and Security. Monitors project tasks and timelines and track progress. Documents risks, issues and action items as directed.

    • Provides support as needed to project managers and/or Directors of Facilities and Safety and Security.

    • Schedules, coordinates, documents and participates in project meetings, as needed.

    • Coordinates logistics, events, staffing schedules and travel.

    • Provides input into project status reports for management and key stakeholders. Develops various communications and documentation materials as directed.

    • Analyzes and recommends enhancements to existing processes and/or assists in the development of new processes. Maintains and updates documentation for related procedures as directed.

    • Maintains organization of program files and documentation using content management systems. Participates in the education and training programs for Facilities or Safety and Security staff in project management principles and other programs as assigned.

    • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the SPHP compliance policies and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • One (1) to two (2) years of experience participating in activities related to project implementation.

    • Ability to apply appropriate project management methodology as directed.

    • Ability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities.

    • Analytical and problem solving skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve quality results.

    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer services skills.

    • Ability to interface with technical, non-technical leaders and business owners.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project).

    • Ability to provide effective support necessary to assist in facilitation of meetings, events, orientations, etc.

    • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

    • Commitment to continuous quality improvement principles driven by IT customers and leaders internal to the PMO.

    • Independently motivated, self-starter and self-learner.

    Pay Range:$19.90 - $31.84

    Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
