Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Program Analyst in the Programs Organization in support of the Adaptive Communications and Sensing Product Line within the C4ISR Business Area. This is a support position which requires one to manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects. The position provides a growth path for a future opportunity to secure a Program Manager position.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree
Supports achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives
Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company
Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security
Demonstrates attributes / experience; self-directed; works independently; familiar with program statements of work; support in generating proposals; negotiations; planning
Well organized; drives task to closure
Experience in Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
Secret clearance or Secret clearance that can be immediately activated
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft Office Suite tools
Preferred prior experience in Defense Aerospace industry
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58560 - $99600
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
