    Our team is looking for an energetic and dynamic Program Process & Configuration Management Lead who will be primarily responsible for process uniformity and configuration management for the station program. This will involve working with program management on a plethora of program processes including control boards, action tracking, and spacecraft configuration management. This lead is expected to assist with growing the team of individuals that will support future process and configuration management projects and tasking. This role requires strong coordination, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of configuration management development and related technical projects in collaboration with key stakeholders

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and establish process that affect Axiom's Space Station Program

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

    • Grow program processes and configuration management team for future needs of the program

    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

    • Foster an agile, collaborative, and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in related field

    • 5+ years of experience in related field

    • Agile / Scrum experience preferred
