  • Description

    Tracks safety and regulatory compliance status on electric powered products and ensures that Product Development teams meet safety and regulatory compliance requirements prior to production and through product shipment release. Creates & manages safety/regulatory requirements from Industry standards and captures within requirement management systems (Visure). Manages certification projects with NRTLs & Notified Bodies (e.g. UL, Intertek, etc.) in collaboration with Test Engineering Leads & Regulatory Compliance Managers to obtain necessary global certifications.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited four-year college or university. Qualified candidates need to be versed in regulatory compliance and standards promulgation regarding electric products. Experience with EU Machinery Directive/Regulation, CE compliance and documentation of Technical Construction Files
