    Job Description:

    As a Principal Agile Program Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of agile principles and modern software product development process to shape how we work, learn, and innovate. You leverage your Agile management skillset to continuously evolve product development process to reduce waste and improve efficiency. You will also help build strong communities and shape our culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple initiatives from ideation to delivery overseeing day-to-day activities and updating project plans RAID logs, and sharing status reports with stakeholders.

    • Leverages data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities across product teams to drive operational efficiencies.

    • Support leadership in tracking vendor spend, creating purchase orders, and ensuring payments are on time

    • Stay up to date on Jira platform updates and capabilities, and partner with product owners in deploying new features to improve product team operations.

    • Be the champion of Agile Software Product development processes and mentor Product Owners and Engineers to follow agile best practices.

    • Collaborates with Discover Technology Academy to create, contribute and teach through immersive learning experiences that support delivery of products, services, solutions, and capabilities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelors - Computer Science or Business or related field

    • 6+ Years - Project Management, Agile or Related

    Preferred Qualifications

    If we had our say, we'd also look for:

    • 8+ Years - Project Management, Agile or Related

    • Experience with Jira

    • Strong hands-on experience with MS Project

    • Experience with HP- ALM

    • Product Operating Model Structure

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
