    Daily Responsibilities

    1. Run or participate in daily tech training meetings.
    2. Once Techs are out for the day address Job Manager for parts that need to be quoted/ordered. a. Quotes and orders should be processed within 24 hours.
    3. Provide field support in a technical, software related or procedural nature.
    4. Assist in addressing customer concerns or complaints as needed.
    5. Be available to dispatch to customer's homes when needed.
    6. Create and follow a ride along schedule with technicians for quality control and training.
    7. Review Daily schedule with dispatch for types of calls, efficiency, and performance focus for the following day.

    2. Leadership Skills - Establish Healthy and Growth-Oriented Work Environment a. Must communicate operating plan within plumbing department. Employees must understand their role to support operating plan. b. Must lead by example by training the core values established by DeHart. c. Will establish and hold weekly meetings to share company goals, results, and weekly performance. d. Create an environment for all employees that is honest, team oriented, and healthy. f. Responsible for arranging and providing training to all department personnel.
    3. Planning and Preparation to Meet Performance Criteria a. Follow company's operating plan. b. Set daily, quarterly, and yearly goals to help meet department goals. c. Train employees on KPIs and other performance criteria.
    4. Parts and Inventory Management a. Monthly Inventory Counts of warehouse and vehicle inventories (daily replenishments for vehicles) b. Weekly reorders of warehouse inventory to maintain min/max levels.
    5. Responsible for the Execution of the Operating Plan for Department a. Develop and execute plumbing department plans to meet performance goals. b. Implement and Manage based on KPI's. c. Implement organizational development program. d. Develop and Implement an operational plan which supports sales goals, quality processes, and service systems to meet KPI's. e. Will direct the daily activities of dispatch, maintenance, customer service and field service technicians.
