Summary

We are looking for a Plant Manager who will be responsible for leading and developing staff, driving a safe and reliable work environment, and achieving annual and long term operational, ?nancial and infrastructure objectives on site and the residential network. The role will report to the Senior Director of Operations and will work in a matrixed environment to meet all the objectives. The Plant Manager establishes and directs all technical and administrative functions in the plant, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and partners with shared services organizations such as human resources and accounting.

• Provides appropriate leadership, resources and processes to ensure robust plant operations.

• Develop,communicate,andevaluatedepartmentalandindividualobjectives.Set standards to advance initiatives and growth opportunities for the team.

• Drive results for safety, quality, operational/OEE, maintenance reliability, process improvement and cost. Explore and analyze technical, production, and management disciplines to develop annual budgets and long-term plans.

• Drive?nancialgoals,multi-yearcapitalplans,workschedules,andhuman resource requirements.

• Partner with the Accounting team to drive all ?nancial metrics and forecasting costs and trends including proper variance analysis. Monitor both month-end and year-end ?nancial closing activities, reviewing and submitting the external auditor's ?nancial report.

• Drive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) initiatives on site. Align with Corporate Procurement & Supply Chain teams as well as local teams to mitigate risk with single sourcing of raw materials as well as achieving target inventories for ?nished products. Provide direction for local materials management to manage properinventories,improvecosts,providetimelyfeedbacktosuppliersanddrive supply contracts.

• Bachelor's degree

• 10+yearsdemonstratedmanufacturingexperience,preferablyinacontinuous manufacturing process.

• Strong people leadership and team building skills with a demonstrated track record of leading teams to the achievement of superior results.

• Practicalknowledgeandexperienceutilizingworldclassmanufacturing techniques.

• Demonstrated advanced coaching/motivation

• Excellentinterpersonal,communications,publicspeaking,andpresentationskills

• Intermediatepro?ciencyinMicrosoftO?ceand/orGoogleSuite.

Annual Salary Range: 162,000-207,000
