Pharmaceutical Senior Project Manager

Job Overview:

Lead, coach and manage project managers and schedulers to facilitate the transition to a standardized project execution discipline. This requires experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical arena. Understanding of relevant quality standards related to pharmaceutical supply chain: validation, equipment qualification, process validation, formulation, filling and packaging.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, track and provide input on deliverables and recommendation on project and coordinate schedule of activities to meet milestones.
• Keep projects within the expected quality, timelines and costs.
• Manage projects that support development and validation projects for implementation on the production floor.
• Initial Project Definition: Lead or co-lead project meetings on behalf of the project leader when necessary.
• Report on project activity in a clear and concise manner.
• Communicate project issues in a manner that to leads to resolution:
• Experience in managing and remediating project budgets.
• Experience in executing projects at all phases of the project life cycle.
• manage key critical success factors of the project including quality, business and schedule. 
• Develop, review, track and provide input on deliverables and recommendations on project.
• Lead or co-lead project meetings on behalf of the project leader when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• 6-9 Years of experience 
• Flexible with the ability to work well with large diverse groups
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera, Excel and Word
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP certificate
