    Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time Palliative Care/ Hospice physician to join our Chester County Hospital (CCH) team. A large majority of the physician's time will be spent working with the Palliative Care team at CCH and a small portion will be spent rounding on hospice patients. The ideal candidate would be an experienced physician who is comfortable practicing independently and in a small team.

    This is a great opportunity to join a small close knit, well supported team who has a great working relationship with interdisciplinary providers across CCH and the Penn Medicine system. The physician will work a Monday-Friday schedule, with six inpatient call weekends rounding on hospice patients annually. There is no weekend/ holiday call for Palliative Care.

    Minimum requirements

    Applicants must be board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine and subspecialty trained and board eligible or certified in Palliative Care and Hospice Medicine. Applicants must have or be eligible for a PA license and DEA.
