Responsibilities

About this opportunity:

Answers and completes hospital calls and performs other related duties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Three months to one year of hospital PBX or other business PBX experience or telephone company preferred.

• High school graduate of equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of PBX operations.

• Excellent Customer Service skills.

• Ability to learn and operate the Nortel 2250 PBX Console. Basic knowledge of PBX operations.

• Must read write speak and communicate proficiently.

• Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations

Pay Range

$17.04 - $23.44 /hour
