    As a Payments Transformation - Business Analyst Associate in Payment Operations at JPMorgan Chase, you will play an experienced role in ensuring you migrate clients effectively and accurately and meet internal project timeframes. You will work to deliver migrations that satisfy clients, improve Operational expectations and achieve project timeframes. You will carry out critical investigation within various business functions to contribute to the firm's business and stakeholder priorities. Three key areas of focus: (1) data investigation: (2) migrations readiness; and (3) client communications / stakeholder engagement.

    The TDD (Transformation Design & Delivery) team is part of the Payment Operations organization supporting the Corporate Investment Bank's wide transformation and change programs and platforms.     Job Responsibilities

    • Guide the project teams with consistent use of data models, planning tools, techniques and artefacts

    • Ensure all Migration Team support is deployed to spur business readiness towards client migration

    • Work in collaboration with the business, technical teams and local stakeholders

    • Use data investigation techniques to create client demographics and migration strategies

    • Coordinate and conduct Production Verification Testing (PVT) where required of functionality, production flows and target processes in support of client migrations

    • Execute Production Verification Testing (PVT) scope. Identify what accounts, system access, stakeholder engagement is required

    • Coordinate and deliver an internal and external client communication plan for each project

    • Plan, Track, and report progress of readiness and client migrations delivery

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    • Data investigation experience to inform requirements and client migration strategies including Tableau and Python

    • Project management skills - client and operational readiness

    • Cares about doing good work; likes to improve practices

    • Skilled communicator: able to help teammates make good conclusions

    • Effective Office computer skills, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
