Have you worked at an automotive parts provider or a parts counter before? Use your experience to make a new career at a family owned business in the area offering great benefits. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Parts Counter Person. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside counter parts sales, possess computer skills, and be comfortable with a variety of tasks including looking up parts, answering phones, providing pricing information, and performing some warehouse functions. You will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries and processing parts orders in an inside/counter-sales environment. Parts look up, recommendations, and providing pricing for parts to external customers and internal customers as needed. Warehousing functions may be required when needed. An understanding of parts lookup is preferred but not required.

salary: $17 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 PM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.

• Seeking hard-working, career-minded candidates with excellent customer satisfaction skills.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; able to complete all necessary transaction documents in a timely and accurate manner

• Knowledge of engine parts and components preferred and background of parts lookup and engines is a plus.

• Use of a computer and related software will be required.

• Able to work overtime as required by the job and customer demand.
