Part Time – Friday & Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Ferncliff Cemetery Association, a non-sectarian cemetery located in Westchester County, New York, serving families throughout greater New York with dignity and respect, is currently seeking a mature and reliable individual with excellent communication & phone skills to fill a part-time Customer Service Representative position.

Our Team Members are vital to the health of our funeral homes, and we value the insight, ideas, and passion they bring every day to compassionately care for our Families.

As a part time Customer Service Representative, you will assist families over the phone, online, and via email to help them through the end-to-end process, ensuring that each family receives an exceptional experience.  The ideal candidate will support the front office team, new and existing clients, as well as the sales team.

This role requires a variety of administrative tasks to be performed including, but not limited to the following:

• Switchboard operation
• Keyboarding
• Filing
• Prepare invoices
• Directly deal with customers & vendors

Qualified candidates must

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• As well as able to multitask and prioritize.
• Applicant should be detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Business attire is
