Associate Attorney - PA Real Estate Litigation (Remote)

As a leading figure in providing comprehensive legal counsel to municipalities across the Philadelphia suburbs, our client boasts an impressive track record in handling a wide array of real estate, zoning, permitting, and litigation matters. Responsibilities

• Provide expert counsel on real estate litigation matters, including zoning, permitting, and environmental issues.

• Represent municipalities, Townships, Boroughs, Zoning Boards, and School Districts in legal proceedings.

• Handle land use appeals, zoning board cases, variances, special exceptions, and other related matters.

• Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare compelling arguments.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and shareholders on strategic legal initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor / Juris Doctorate (J.D. / JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on litigation.

• Strong writing and research skills, demonstrated through prior legal work and writing samples.

• Proficiency in Westlaw, familiarity with town codes, and a deep understanding of state laws.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to laypeople.

• Ideally experience litigating cases in Delaware County, PA (Media).

• Experience with night meetings and availability for calls on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
