Oracle Application DBA

We have an outstanding career opportunity for anOracle Application DBA. This position is 100% remote.

Salary: $120,000-180,000

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work across one or more scrum teams to support Oracle database application tiers

• Troubleshoot EBS (OACORE, WebLogic, CM, etc.)

• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluation of user requests/requirements by applying best practices

• Support designing, implementing and maintaining new database applications, backup/recovery, and configuration management

• Support related documentation

• Other duties, as assigned

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

• Current Security+ certification to meet DoD 8570 IAT II compliance requirements NOTE: (If someone can prep/test between now and July than I will still submit if otherwise strong.)

• 5+ years of related experience working as an Oracle Applications DBA supporting EBS Application Tier

• Experience troubleshooting Oracle EBS including :

• OACORE

• WebLogic

• Configuration Management

• Experience working with Rapid Clone Operation

• Experience with Application DBA Online Patching and running ADOP

• Understanding of Oracle DBA administration, middleware, database tier, and related environments
