Requirements

• Candidate must have at least one year of experience in an Office Assistant role or similar administrative position

• Proficiency in Automated Test tools is required

• Enforce exam security measures to prevent cheating or unauthorized behavior, such as ensuring no unauthorized materials are brought into the exam room.

• Experience in Identity Verification processes is essential

• Proven administrative assistance skills are necessary

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• High school degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
