NSI Business Systems Analyst

What you can expect?

Zoom's Business Applications team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will work in a technical/functional capacity to support our New Service Introduction team. You will partner with Product Managers to elicit business requirements, collaborate with technology teams, and improve customer adoption.

About the Team

Team focuses on New Service Introduction (NSI) offer enablement where we implement systems changes to introduce new products to direct ,channels and online routes to market. We work with product managers, operations including sales, channel, finance, online and pricing teams across Zoom.

What we're looking for

• Experience analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality

• Experience in self-managing projects in a dynamic environment, including developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions

• Experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, License Provisioning

• Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora and Oracle Financials.

• Experience in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent

Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Minimum

$106,500.00

Maximum

$197,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
