    Our client is a preeminent organization. They are seeking to add a Neutral Recruiter. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in recruiting high level attorneys and judges.

    Responsibilities will include

    • Assist with designing a strategy and approach to neutral recruiting, engagement, and management

    • Recruit best-in-class neutrals, including former judges and legal practitioners nationwide-seek out quality candidates, assess and confirm their qualifications, negotiate rates, etc.

    o Research and recruit neutrals for specific client opportunities.

    o Research and recruit neutrals to build out the organization's roster for nationwide growth-considerations include:

    ? expansion into new markets, practices, industries, and geographies; and neutral's reputation in the marketplace.

    • Develop an onboarding, integration, and mentoring program for new neutrals.

    • Responsible for neutral bio template and for writing of bios for new neutrals and updating bios for existing neutrals.

    • Responsible for oversight of all rosters, nationwide and internationally.

    • Work with sales and marketing team to promote neutrals via CLEs, articles, etc.

    • Work with IT, sales, and marketing on neutrals CRM database.

    • Build relationships with new and existing neutrals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal, Master's degree and/or JD a plus

    • 3-5+ years' experience in either:

    • legal services recruitment, i.e., for lateral attorney staffing agency or in-house law firm talent acquisition team; or

    • attorney staffing and utilization; or

    • recruiting/staffing role for alternative legal services provider.

    • Possess high level of energy and drive, combined with the presence and credibility to deal with a sophisticated audience comprised of former judges, law firm partners and other legal practitioners.

    • Operate as an effective team member able to build a network of relationships internally and externally.

    • Bring knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn about the major areas of law practice which form the basis of our clients' disputes, including across complex commercial, construction, employment, entertainment, financial services, international, insurance, medical malpractice, personal injury, professional liability, and real estate dispute resolution.

    • Have proficiency utilizing CRM systems to research and maintain database of clients / contacts, lawyers, etc.

    • Demonstrate ability to serve internal customers efficiently, i.e., handle urgent requests for panel creation.

    • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication.

    • Excellent leadership skills, i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making.

    • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the company.

    • Proficient in Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
