Middle School Tutors Needed!

Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much respected school in Spencer, MA who are currently seeking Paraprofessionals to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include

Locations: Spencer, MA

Start: ASAP

Duration: through June 7th

Facility Type: Middle School

Schedule: Monday - Friday 28.5 hours

(exact hours to come slightly different then school hours)

Requirements: Title 1 Tutors to support general education students on academics.

• Primarily pulling students out in small groups of roughly 4 - 6 students to work on curriculum

• School uses iReady (math), Journeys (ELA), UFLI (Reading)

• Must be comfortable teaching academic subjects in an a pull out model, following curriculum, comfortable with basic reading and math, guiding students through work, ect.

Experience Needed: Teaching, early ed, tutoring, no ABA needed, associates or bachelors in education is a bonus

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour (based on experience)
