Medical Billing Representative

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Medical Billing Reps in Little Rock, AR. This role is in person/onsite.

Type: Six-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $21 to $23/ hour

Responsibilities of the Billing Rep:

• Interviewing clients in a hospital setting

• Completing and processing financial assistance applications

• May be responsibility for maintaining ongoing communications with hospital employees and patients.

• Provide updates and assistance to hospital personnel and other staff as needed.

• Staffing phones in peak times to assist patients with questions and concerns.

• Maintain a work queue within Epic

• Assisting with mentorship opportunities and team trainings

Qualifications of the Medical Assistant:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Customer Service Experience, Hospital Computer System (EPIC) knowledge preferred

• Bilingual preferred

• Immunizations/vaccinations required: MMR, TB Screening, Varicella, Hep B, Flu shot, Tdap, Covid 19 vaccination
