Medical Assistant

Description

The Medical Assistant will be supporting an outpatient heart center within a children's hospital.

This center is extremely fast paced and will require an experienced MA to be able to jump into the role immediately.

While their is trainings provided the expectation is that an MA can complete the basic back office MA duties first day.

Back office duties include; rooming patients, checking vital signs, EKG, and documenting patient information. On average an MA sees 40 patient per day.

The electronic health record that they use is EPIC and would prefer someone that is proficient on the platform.
