SUMMARY
As a member of the media and analytics team, you will report to the Senior Director of Media, and will be accountable for managing all media operations, execution of media strategies and evaluation of performance KPI's to inform business objectives for every campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for fine-tuning media processes, assessing and implementing media models, including attribution, along with emerging platforms. We seek an experienced manager with a passion for performance-based advertising, and an individual who is curious and proactively working on solutions to enhance our business. Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required. Hybrid Work Schedule - In office Tuesdays/Thursdays .
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:*
Train, supervise, and lead junior level media team members in implementing media plans and strategies, as well as stewardship of media performance, analysis, and reporting.
Identify ideal media mix and strategies based on campaign objectives across all marketing channels
Lead preparation and presentation of media plans, projections, quarterly reviews, and test proposals to clients
Track and monitor media budgets for all campaigns
Collaborate with media and analytics team to look for ways to improve data processing, results reporting, media `operations, and systems
Oversee media team on presentation of analysis, findings, and recommendations to meet client's goals
Lead the business operating vision with the ability to translate it into impactful recommendations and solutions for processes, people, and technology
Utilize strategic thinking and partner with senior leadership and team members on ideas for growth and meeting business goals
Research, qualify, onboard, and manage relevant partnerships to compliment and enhance service offerings and overall media performance
Monitor, inform and stay up to date on market research, competitive data, industry trends and media landscape
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFU L
Strong leadership and analytical skills with proven ability to deliver in depth analysis of media performance and insightful recommendations to drive business growth
Sound business acumen with proven experience and knowledge of US Hispanic marketing and media landscape
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Core Media system, Power BI and Tableau experience is a plus
Superb written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent project management skills with knack for prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 7 years' experience in performance driven media roles
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
