    The Marketing Operations Specialist reports to the Head of Marketing & Brand, is responsible for implementing campaigns across digital channels with a strong focus on continuous improvement to optimize lead generation. This role will also be responsible for ensuring Sevenstep remains compliant with various global data privacy laws and regulations. Marketing plays a key role in the growth of Sevenstep and this role will be an integral part of the sales and marketing team's success. The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker, technically savvy, and action oriented.

    As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

    • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to build operational processes for go-to-market activities, from lead capture through to campaign reporting

    • Optimize usage of HubSpot with regards to lead capture, segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, integration setup & maintenance

    • Manage lead information from lead generation programs, including inbound lead generation, email, web requests, and incoming calls

    • Develop and optimize campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rate (i.e. landing pages, emails, PPC campaigns, etc.)

    • In collaboration with sales & marketing team members, build and deploy both one-off and automated email campaigns in HubSpot

    • Manage content updates on external websites

    • Support in the creation and development of Sevenstep presentation materials

    • Database management of key prospect, partner, influencer, and customer data

    • Support the sales and marketing operationsthrough analytics and reportingand communicating insights within the sales & marketing team, as well as Sevenstep leadership

    • Take a data-driven approach and analytical skills to isolate patterns, trends, or flags to make business-improving decisions

    • Become proficient in the use of internal systems and back end data. Become a superuser, and part of the project team for CRM system.

    • Special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent job-related experience

    • 2-3 years of proven marketing or project management experience in a fast-paced environment

    • 1-year experience managing and optimizing CRM's

    • Demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-or similar office suite)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in sales operations or sales support is highly beneficial

    • Experience using a CRM or contact management application (Hubspot & Salesforce preferred)

    • Marketing experience within recruitment, staffing or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industries

    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of managed initiatives

    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

    • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally

    • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness and ability to continually reset priorities and be flexible to rapidly changing market demands/conditions
