MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - DIRECT HIRE
A leading manufacturer servicing the healthcare industry is seeking a 1 st Shift Maintenance Technician to join their permanent team in Cuyahoga Falls.
$25 - $30 per hour based on experience
1 st Shift Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Repair equipment safely, with as sense of urgency, as break downs occur
Perform Preventative Maintenance according to system schedules
Provide technical assistance for new equipment purchases and production floor modifications
Execute and promote safety and risk assessment with all tasks
Assemble required documentation to transfer new product designs to production.
Perform & troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repairs

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Specialized Training/Schooling in Trades or Mechanical Institution preferred but not required
Minimum of 6 years' experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
Experience in troubleshooting/programing PLCs and Fanuc Controls.
Proficient and competent with technical tools, instructions, schematics, and drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
Experience with CMM Software
Welding and fabrication
Technical capacity including decision making, communication (both verbal and written) and reporting effectively internally and externally
