Maintenance Mechanic

Description:

• Looking for an skilled maintenance mechanic with industrial or feed mill experience

• Must posses recent experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment such as: conveyor belts, VFD's, gear boxes, bearings, start controls, etc.

• Will work with: Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, bearings, corn flaker rolls, boilers, turn heads, diveters, hammermills, maintain boiler & steam systems, and gear boxes

• Basic PC skills are required

• Individuals with steady work history, good attitude, strong commitment level/work ethic, and safety conscience and highly encouraged to apply

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 4:00 am - 4:00 pm

• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 4:00 am

• Will be working alternative 12 hour shift Saturday or Sunday and have the following weekend off

• Ideal candidate will be open to all shifts

• There is overtime on a daily basis

Skills:

• Electrical Skills

• Mechanically Inclined

• Troubleshooting

• Preventative Maintenance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have both Mechanical and Electrical experience

• Must be familiar with PM's (Preventative Maintenance)

• Must know how to re-wire pumps and work with gear boxes & bearings

• Someone who has worked within a feed & grain or milling company is ideal

• Industrial experience is a huge plus
