Maintenance Mechanic - 32-33/hr - Direct Hire

Description:

Will be doing PMs, repairs and troubleshooting all food production plant equipment:

• Case packers, processing machines and equipment, blenders, grinders, scales, conveyors, motors, gear boxes

• 2 different Maintenance Departments (Canning and Packaging)

• Machiney such Casers, packaging, sifters, dumbers, & boilers

• Mostly mechanical experience is required - someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and troubleshoot

Will be testing voltages, wiring motors and using a multimeter

Minor welding/fab when needed

Basic facilities maintenance when needed (plumbing, fixing lighting, changing light bulbs, etc)

Minimal Electrical responsibilities - not a requirement

• Would be open to someone who is a mechanic (vocational)

• Also a candidate who has either worked in a demanding field such as farming would be a great fit for a Production Specialist/Lower level Maintenance
