Role: Machine Operator

Shifts: 1/2/3 available

-1st shift - 7 am - 3pm

-2nd shift - 3 pm - 11 pm

-3rd shift - 11 pm - 7 am

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hr

Location: Montague, MA

The company is an industry leading manufacturer cable within the Aerospace, Defense, and Space X Industries. The Montague location is a full-cycle manufacturing plant that produces wiring and cable from raw materials. They are currently seeing growth and looking to bring on additional talent to their team is open to learning, and will consistently show strong attendance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Drum-Pack - In this role you will be responsible for operating machinery that is taking wire off a spool and packing it into drums. This role can be physical and requires candidates to be able to lift to 35 pounds throughout their shift.

Extrusion Operator - In this role you will also be running multiple machines simultaneously. Multitasking is extremely important within this role, and it is extremely hands on. Upon setting up a machine cycle times can be longer, and candidates must be able to keep themselves busy.
