Machine Operator - Can Start ASAP!

Job Description:

Develop and manufactures the most diverse product line of color matched color concentrates, masterbatches and pigment dispersions of any colorant company in the world. They make colored plastic material that is then sent out to other companies to make their product with it.

-Exterior construction paints

-Coatings and printing inks

-Plastic packaging/consumer goods

Extrusion: 1 person running 2-3 machines

• Operating an extruder machines

• Responsible for running 2-3 machines

-Troubleshooting and minor repairs on machines

-Collaborating with QA for inspecting finished parts

-Cleaning machines in between each job

-Weighing out material for each job

-Lifting up to 50 lbs

-Some material handling/forklift duties when needed

Set up: 1 person in this department

-Reading work orders

-Gathering material and weighing out for each work order

-Entering data into computer

-Basic math skills

-Will operate forklift (will train people, do not need prior experience)

-Making pallets of all the material/ingredients

-Will lift up to 55lbs

Premix (upstairs): 2 people in this department

1st side: cleaning barrels, preparing them to be used for mixing, setting up barrels to be dropped down into the extruder machines

2nd side: taking the pallets of ingredients and reweighing them, will dump all of the ingredients into the barrels and then prepare them to be dropped down into the extruder

These 2 employees with rotate every other week what job they will be doing

-Basic math and computer skills

-Self motivated

-Will lift up to 55lbs
