LSAT Instructor

Description

We are in search of a Virtual LSAT Instructor to join our team in Florida. As an integral part of our eLearning consultancy, the role involves providing online LSAT classes, crafting engaging and interactive lessons, and offering personalized guidance and feedback to learners. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of LSAT preparation materials and work with the team to continually enhance our LSAT Reader program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online LSAT classes to provide quality education to learners.

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that facilitate learning and student participation.

• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to learners to enhance their understanding and performance.

• Assist in the development of LSAT preparation materials to aid the learning process.

• Collaborate with the team to improve our LSAT Reader program based on feedback and performance.

• Utilize your leadership skills to manage classes effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Apply your organizational capabilities to plan lessons and manage your teaching schedule.

• Utilize your experience in testing and tutoring to deliver quality education and guidance to students.

• Prepare workshops as part of the learning process to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge to learners.

Requirements

. Must have taken the Law School Admission test and scored a 170 and above.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

• Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience in conducting testing procedures to ensure the quality of processes and outcomes.

• Prior experience in tutoring or coaching individuals or teams, demonstrating an ability to impart knowledge and skills effectively.

• Proven ability in planning, preparing, and delivering workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Accountability for meeting and exceeding key account objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

• Proficient in using various software and tools relevant to the role of an Account Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field would be advantageous.

• Previous experience in an Account Manager role or similar would be beneficial.

• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
