  • Our top Manufacturing client is seeking a Logistics Manager to join their office in Midtown Manhattan. This position will manage a high volume of domestic shipments from 3PL warehouse. This position will support shipping from Amazon.

    Job Title: Logistics Manager

    Location: New York City (Hybrid)

    Pay Range: $75K - $80K, W2

    What's the Job?

    • Order entry and management - swiftly and accurately logging sales orders in QuickBooks

    • Processing of customer orders - including accurately allocating correct inventory, generating detailed uploads for 3PL WMS, communicating and coordinating with warehouse to complete shipments

    • Correctly accommodating individual customer requirements based on vendor compliance manuals and established procedures

    • Effectively managing a heavy workload, as assigned by Shipping Manager, and keeping track of shipment status and priority

    What's Needed?

    • 4-6 years of experience in logistics, preferably dealing with large, corporate retail customers

    • High level of computer literacy: MS Outlook; Office; basic proficiency with Excel required

    • Absolutely critical: excellent data-entry skills and accuracy

    • Excellent written communication skills

    • Experience with QuickBooks a major plus, but not required

    • Solid organizational & time management skills; self-motivated

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

    • Ability to work independently, quick learner, team player
