Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a facility in Boston, MA and is seeking corrections RNs to fill a contracted role.

• 6/3/24 start date

• 13 week contract

• Shift is 2:45pm-11:15pm, Monday-Friday, & every other weekend

Requirements

• Active MA RN license

• Active AHA-issued BLS

• Pass state background check

• Will consider new grads

Job Description

• Med pass, triage, and risk assessment

• Assists physicians w/ medical treatments/administering prescribed meds

• Applies surgical dressings & bandages

• Provides emergency first aid care

• Checks & records vitals

• Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing

• Reports reactions to treatments & meds

• Provides inmate patient education and/or discharge planning

• Performs other position-related duties as needed
