Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Eatonton, GA. This Technician will support the client's distribution center and work during the standard times of 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience required

    • Windows 8-10 desktop support experience

    • Experience troubleshooting local printers (standard and label) and RF devices (hand-held phones) used by warehouse associates to pick up / select products and fulfill ecommerce orders across the world

    • Technical acumen to work with RF devices

    • Basic networking knowledge - e.g. understanding of how an IP address works

    • Understanding base applications work

    • Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn
