    Position Title:

    NAC Leadership Program Manager

    Pay Rate :

    $100,700 - $134,300

    Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plans.

    The Job You Will Perform:

    • This unique role has the responsibility for managing the General Management Leadership Development Program for the Northeast.

    • This role requires the person to be passionate about helping people learn and grow, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders, manage the facility rotational program, develop curriculum around knowledge bands and the create and execute educational experiences for the cohort of leaders.

    • Develop systems and processes to ensure consistency in the learning experiences across multiple facilities.

    • Manage internal and external recruitment efforts to staff the program with manufacturing and commercial leaders with a desire for general management opportunities.

    • Responsible to work with those selected for the program on their development plans, career interests, mobility preferences and opportunities to grow with International Paper.

    • Centrally coordinate the individual development across multiple plants and manage learning events where the cohort and other invited guests will be together;

    • Provide feedback to Steering Team on the program and make recommendations for enhancement. Ensure the division leadership and alumni are aligned in support of the strategy and the program.

    • This is a hands-on position that requires interaction, active and visible leadership with all levels of the organization.

    • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

    • Weekly travel will be a requirement of this role.

    The Skills You Will Bring:

    • BS/BA in Human Resources or related field

    • 3-7 years of progressive HR and business experience

    • Highly motivated, engaged, committed individual that has an interest and background in human resources, leadership development, learning and development in a manufacturing setting

    • Knowledge of the Human Resources function, policies and procedures

    • Demonstrated leadership, project management, strategic thinking, and creative skills

    • Self-starter with the ability to engage others and to analyze and interpret data

    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities and deliver results for established deadlines

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word) with proven ability to navigate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Learning Management System

    • Flexibility as it relates to work hours, work location and travel during the week
