    In this role, you will:

    • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact

    • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines

    • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs

    • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors

    • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

    • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals

    • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Software Security, System Security, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

    • 4 years experience with Java, OS and Network stack of Identity Access Management, Cyber Security

    • 2 years of experience in administration of applied machine learning in modern ledger platforms in cloud native environment.

    • 4 years of experience inStatistical Machine Learning, Distributed and Multi-processor Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, and Semi Structured Data Management.

    • 4 years hands on experience on vendor product engineering in the areas of Product upgrades, multi-region full stack resiliency , Migrations (SaaS specific)

    Strong knowledge in Golang, Python, Java Django, micro services in Public Cloud Technologies

    Strong experience in automation of end to end cyber resiliency of ledger platform including rehydration and restore from last known good state.

    Strong experience in hashicorp vault, secrets management systems like Azure Key Vault and RBAC

    Some of the behaviors/outcomes we expect from these Sr. software engineer as follows

    Rolling out a new application version and/or adding an entirely new microservice with zero business impact and with zero data integrity issues

    Codify clear separation between microservice deployments and infrastructure deployment changes.

    Automate, Rotate Fine grained authentication and authorization, application level access control and removing the necessity to access cloud provider consoles, APIs or UIs directly.

    Storing deployment configuration next to application code to avoid having to jump around multiple repos when making changes.

    Engineer Fast startup times when rolling out updates to our microservices.
