    As a member of the Integrated Supply Chain team, you will be the leader to do develop data analytics and visualization tools to inform of and unlock data driven challenges. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop, maintain, and provide insights from data-driven dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership. Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives. Provide regular reports to leadership and offer data-driven recommendations to increase efficiency and quality. Resolves issues within established procedures, requiring knowledge and judgment. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Define data analytics strategies, implement data systems and applications to support business needs and translate these strategies into measurable business results.

    • Collect large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate sources, analyze business data, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Design and build descriptive to prescriptive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost

    • Data governance and Master data management with ERP and other systems

    • Act as an analytics SME for our Supply Chain functions and drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain.

    • Apply Agile Project Management skills to optimally analyze use cases to the business, on time and as expected.

    • Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of organizational change management activities, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes.

    • Deploy our Analytics Enablement strategy, upskill all levels of the organization in aspiration of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy

    • Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize business processes.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

    • 3-6 years' work experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field

    • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and understanding of data and business analysis concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.

    • Experience or solid understanding of data visualization software (Oracle BI) and querying (Oracle SQL)

    Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated results in optimizing business processes

    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.     For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $82,400.00-$123,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
