    Job Description:

    We're looking for a Lead, Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to help us design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver electronic warfare systems to our customers and support their on-going operations.

    The ideal candidate would demonstrate unrelenting tenacity to overcome challenges/obstacles and learn along the way so that he/she can do it faster and better the next time around.

    Essential Functions:

    • Perform System Design tasks such as concept of operation development, requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various levels of the system

    • Develop test plans through requirements traceability to ensure performance validation

    • Perform integration and test tasks of electronic warfare systems and related hardware/software/firmware subsystems/sub-components/products

    • Analyze data, model and simulate systems to guide design and to find underlying root cause of issues as applicable.

    • Present work to multi-disciplinary team and internal/external customers


    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline with 9+ years of relevant experience -OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline with 7+ years of relevant experience

    • Active Secret Security Clearance

    • Experience generating requirements at various levels of the system and flowing down requirements to sub-systems/sub-components

    • Experience with data analysis and/or modeling and simulation (e.g. with MATLAB/python).

    • Hands-on experience with commercial RF/EE test equipment/devices (e.g. signal generator, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzer, attenuators, amplifiers, etc.)

    • Exposure to concepts in signal processing, logic design, computer architecture

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Experience working on aerospace/defense electronic systems (e.g. electronic warfare systems, radar, missile guidance, missile defense)

    • Ability to provide guidance to other employees within job area

    • Rational DOORs

    • sysML/MBSE

    • Practical knowledge of project management

    • Effective communicator in a multi-disciplinary team environment
