Lead Analyst, Financial Systems

Description

There is a current need for a Lead Analyst - Financial Systems by one of Robert Half's clients. As the Lead Analyst - Financial Systems, you will be responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems. As the Lead Analyst - Financial Systems, you will also devise procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time and form of desired results. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Philadelphia area.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in data integration and migration solutions

• Work closely with senior leadership to guide employee strategy and measurement

• Translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models

• Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality

• Provide significant feedback and progress updates promptly to the Business Partner and team

• Set up standard processes and documentation for Anaplan models

• Partner on all aspects of identifying, evaluating, and communicating key insights that tell the story behind the numbers, our employee experience, and key drivers

Requirements

The ideal Lead Analyst -Financial Systems candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Lead Analyst -Financial Systems position include and are not limited to:

• 10+ years of experience with financial planning or reporting toolset

• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, Anaplan or OneStream preferred.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
