Job Description

Time to get to work! We're seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a client in Central Illinois. This is a 6-month contract to hire. As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the clients organization.

Must 2+ years of experience with the following:

• Tier I & II IT Support

• End user moves/relocation

• (IT Hardware) installs

• Hardware installation and troubleshooting

• Phone installs/troubleshooting

• PC installs, builds and troubleshooting

Must have 1 year with the following

• Active Directory

• Documentation/Ticketing System

• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

• Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered
