  • Job Description

    A priority client of Insight Global is looking for a qualified Field Service Technician. This individual must be mechanically oriented with a love for hands-on, physical labor. They will be traveling around the Alpharetta area working on Indigo Style, Industrial Sized Printers ensuring that they are installed, maintained, and serviced up to client standards. This individual must have a love for customer support and interaction, as they will be interacting with customers daily.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Mechanically oriented

    · 1 - 2 Year of Electrical Experience installing and maintaining devices, ability to read schematics and volt meters.

    · 6 - 8 Years of Field Service Technician experience

    · Experience with support of a full range of HP products

    · Digital print press or print operator experience

    Experience with working on industrial sized printer · Any sort of printer troubleshooting experience

    · Indigo Experience null
