    The Implementation Manager-Manhattan position is responsible for on-going supervision of Implementation Analysts and leading Implementation Team Members in the strategic and tactical activities related to business system solution implementations. This role includes the day to day oversight of the team responsible for delivering these solutions to meet or exceed customers' and internal business partners' business requirements. This role acts as a project leader on internal team initiatives.

    Primary Duties:

    • Manages Implementation Team members to ensure implementation deadlines and requirements are met

    • Performs resource and workload analysis to effectively prioritize and assign project and support requests

    • Applies technical and business implication knowledge of configuration strategies relative to application solutions supported

    • Participates in the creation and maintenance of all internal team standards and ensures that team members adhere to these processes when executing their duties

    • Participates in the creation and maintenance of pricing models used for estimating systems implementation costs

    • Participates in the recruiting and selection of team candidates, and in the preparation and delivery of performance reviews and other compensation initiatives

    • Maintains and documents accurate project plan status in Cherwell, Quickbase & MS Project

    • Collaborates with other departments on integrated start-ups and conversions

    • Ensures that new implementations meet or exceed customer service goals

    • Provides scheduled updates to customers and other stake holders

    • Ensures stability of new account operations for proper hand off to on-going support

    • Other duties as required and assigned


    • Minimum of 6 years 3PL or MIS experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience including Manhattan WMS

    • Experience with Supply Chain Execution applications (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Order Management Systems, etc.)

    • Experience with Third Party Logistics or sophisticated supply chains of a manufacturer or retailer

    • PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook

    Essential Skills:

    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

    • Ability to learn and become proficient at an expert level with new software systems.

    • Requires a moderate to complex level of knowledge of business applications and business processes

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual

    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

    • Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization as well as various levels of the customer's organization

    • Ability to work with little supervision from a more senior leader or manager

    Colorado salary range - $20/hr to $125/hr
