This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, global intelligence, security operations on a global basis to include ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, fraud investigations and technical security. Global Security's Global Intelligence team proactively tracks existing and emerging threats across the globe and delivers predictive, actionable intelligence and analysis to help secure the firm's people, technology, facilities and reputation.

    JP Morgan Chase & Co.'s Operations & Intelligence Fusion Center is a joint initiative between Global Security (GS) and Cybersecurity Technology & Controls (CTC) to integrate intelligence and global operations on threats that cross physical and cyber security lines. The Fusion Center enables continuous collaboration via co-location of GS's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and CTC's Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC). The Fusion Center also provides a critical shared leadership hub for the Chief Security Officer, Chief Information Security Officer and members of their senior leadership teams.

    Job Summary:

    This position, which reports to GS's Head of Intelligence, oversees the operational alignment and reporting requirements for the Fusion Center. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an operational environment, and have a degree of familiarity with both the physical and cyber intelligence requirements of a large multinational corporation. The candidate will have a high degree of drive, project management experience, and a demonstrated capacity to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. The candidate must be technically savvy, able to oversee and drive Fusion Center technology platforms, and be comfortable leading processes and process change in a priority-driven environment. Lastly, the candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain high-level relationships and serve in a leadership role in the Fusion Center.

    The position is based in New York City, requiring in-office (not remote) daily attendance in order to work closely with internal partners and manage the operations of the Center day-to-day.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage review process for programmatic and operational governance

    • Establish and maintain controls environment for the Fusion Center

    • Maintain system for data requirements and ingestion with key internal operational partners

    • Formalize and track GS and CTC joint operational cadences and workflows

    • Support regular production of senior management updates on Center development, activities and engagement

    • Develop and regularly report on impact metrics for the Center

    • Build Center internal communications strategy

    • Perform regular intelligence/case management technology gap assessments

    • Build and maintain management system for internal and external visits to the Fusion Center

    • Manage agenda and communications for leadership meetings

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • 7+ years relevant professional experience working in a fusion or security operations center setting, with at least 3 years of management experience.

    • Experience establishing a fusion center or intelligence sharing center a plus.

    • Demonstrated exposure to intelligence cycles related to physical and/or cyber security threats.

    • Experience in leading large projects, with focus on program governance and documentation of procedures.

    • Demonstrated experience liaising with Legal and Compliance functions, or their equivalent.

    • Ability to manage programs in a demanding customer environment that may require off-hours responses.

    • Experience in developing and handling executive communication (written and verbal).

    • Demonstrated negotiation and influence skills with all levels of an organization and in multiple geographies simultaneously.

    • Experience with the vendor management lifecycle.

    • Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools.

    • Proficiency with MS Office suite and data visualization tools.

    • Undergraduate degree in Political Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Cyber Security, or related discipline required.

    Base Pay/Salary

    New York, NY $109,250.00 - $170,000.00 / year
